Refund Policy

All payments for CastleHQ are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's consumer terms govern refunds and cancellations.

14-Day Refund Window

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date for a full refund, no reason required. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

After 14 Days

Refunds after the 14-day window are not available. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@castlehq.com with your account email before the 14-day period expires.

Cancellation

To avoid future charges, cancel through the Organization settings page in the app before your next billing date.
